- I am based in Madison, Wisconsin. A professional artist and textile designer for over 10 years, I can now bring my art directly to a wall near you. I am happy to quote you a price for a mural with a free on site consultation and design sketches. Rates are variable depending on complexity of the design and level of detail. A general quote will run from $10 to $30 a square foot with a $200 minimum per job. All paints and materials are included in the fee.
